When people build relationships they are going to stick around longer. When people stick around longer they are able to develop into the people they need to be to grow a big business and achieve their goals.

Most of the time it takes more than one exposure to be able to bring a new team member on. You can use the weekly meeting to bring prospects that have already seen the presentation but need a little bit more information. Let them see the culture and meet some people just like them that are winning.
Recognition & Training
Babies cry for it and men die for it. RECOGNITION! If you want to get your superstar team members fired up then let them know you’re going to be doing a special recognition for a certain behavior or achievement you want to see.
Your goal is to do as many other exposure before the weekly meeting as possible. Do not use it as a crutch. You should be presenting every day!
